Glass bottles in production after molding, sometimes there will be a lot of spots wrinkle skin, bubble scratches, etc., mostly caused by the following reasons:
1. When the glass blank falls into the initial mold, it cannot enter the initial mold accurately. The friction between the glass blank and the mold wall is too large, resulting in folds.
2. The cutting scar of the upper feeding machine is too large, and the cutting scar of some bottles appears on the bottle body after molding.
3. The glass bottle initial mold and molding material is poor, the density is not enough, the oxidation is too fast after high temperature, forming small concave point on the surface of the mold, resulting in the glass bottle surface after molding is not smooth and clean.
4. Poor quality of glass bottle mould oil will make the mould not lubricated enough, the dropping speed will decrease, and the material type will change too fast.
5. The initial mold design is not reasonable, the mold cavity is large or small, the material drops into the forming mold, is blowing diffusion is not uniform, will make the glass bottle body spots.
6 Uneven drip speed of the machine and improper adjustment of the nozzle will make the initial mold and forming mold temperature of the glass bottle uncoordinated, easy to create cold spots in the glass bottle body, directly affect the finish.
7. If the glass material liquid in the kiln is not clean or the material temperature is not uniform, bubbles, small particles and small flax billet will also appear in the glass bottles.
8. If the speed of the machine is too fast or too slow, the glass bottle body will be uneven, and the thickness of the bottle wall will be different, resulting in speckles.
